Cluster Committee Update 

We are moving the date of the committee meeting and of the advisory board meeting - it seems best given several developments.

The committee meeting was originally scheduled for this Thursday, 2/28 at IHM
The board meeting was originaly scheduled for Thursday, 3/6, at the diocesan office.

The new date for both meetings is March 13th at the diocesan office -- light refreshments and coffee, tea and soft drinks will be avaiable at about 6:15. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

We are unable to get a permit for an event in Prospect Park to be held on any Saturday or Sunday until November. Jim Flanagan, principal of SSES, is going to discuss the possibility of holding a walk some weekday in May.

We would ask that everyone who can attend the meeting on March 13th -- in the meantime, if the principals can determine a day that works for all the schools, we could send a letter home announcing a date before Easter vacation.

Cynthia is going to ask that the principals attend the meeting on the 13th, if it is at all possible --

In the meantime, Jim will contact the Boruogh President to inform him that the event originally planned for April will not take place. He had said that he would attend -- we hope that he can attend the event if it takes place on a different day.
